Born and raised on a ranch in the Bears Paw Mountains, 50 miles South of Chinook, Montana.
At 17 years, started my own farm and ranch business and operated until 2003.
Rodeo Contestant for 27 years and Rodeo & Sports Announcer for 52 years.
Agriculture Director and Reporter for Radio Station, 16 years.
Representative in Montana Legislature, 1974-82. Leadership, 1979.
Chrm, Five – State Water Task Force of the Upper – Missouri Basin States,1978-81.
Multi – State Highway Transportation Committee Member, 1978-82.
Hill County Fair Board Member, 26 years. Board Chr. 22 years.
4H Leader 28 years. Founding Member and President, Hill Co 4H Foundation
Recipient, Montana 4H Distinguished Service Award.
Board Member, Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs and Expositions, 12 years.
RMAF President,1987. RMAF Fair Person of the Year, 1988.
Auctioneer, 43 years, selling all types of sales, including many charity auctions.
Owner, B&B Auction Sales and Service.
State Coordinator, Great Montana Centennial Cattle Drive, 1989. One week
w / 3,200 Riders, 225 Wagons, 4,500 Horses and 10,000 head of cattle.
Owner, Montana Cattle Drives, the true western experience, 13 years.
Laredo Tours owner, organizer and operator.
Managed, Montana C&W Singer in Nashville, 1989-90.
Xmas Dinner Organizer, 16 years, serving 500-750 free of charge.

American Farm Bureau Federation. Finished in second place behind John Block,
former Ag Secretary under Presidents Reagan and Bush.
Currently, President of the Hwy 2 Assoc, representing communities in the
# 2 Corridor, 666 miles, who support construction of a Four Lane Hwy.
My varied business interests have allowed me to travel through out North America,
as well as in Europe and Japan.
